About My Trainings
Blending my roots as a professional outdoor educator (yes, a proud camp nerd) with my clinical and social service experience, I create trainings that are anything but static. My approach is dynamic, intentional, and designed for real humans doing real work in community and workplace settings.
You can expect a mix of authenticity, curiosity, and creative energy — the kind that invites laughter, reflection, and the occasional deep exhale. Participants leave feeling revitalized, engaged, and inspired long after we close the circle.
With over 20 years of experience facilitating, educating, and training across diverse ages and staffing levels, I bring both structure and soul to every session. Training is one of my favorite things to do — a creative collaboration where we get to dream big, stay grounded, and build something genuinely transformational together.
Topics
Radical Care in Practice: A Trauma-Informed & Responsive Training:
”This isn’t your standard trauma training. Designed for humans who work with humans — from hairstylists to social service providers — this workshop explores how trauma lives in the body, shapes connection, and shows up in everyday interactions. Through a mix of learning, reflection, and embodied practice, participants build skills for creating safety, regulation, and authenticity in their work. Each training is customized to your group’s experience and setting, making it accessible, relevant, and a little bit rogue — because care should be as dynamic as the people who offer it.”Radical Listening: “What happens when we truly listen—to ourselves, our families, our communities? Radical listening is more than hearing words; it’s a practice of presence and curiosity that can lead to power-sharing and healing. Together lets process how embodied listening holds the possibility of creating radical change for ourselves, relationally and the folks around us.”
Radical Supervision: Best Practices & Caring for the Trainer: Supervision is where the work gets shaped — where care, reflection, and accountability meet. This training reimagines supervision as a relational, trauma-informed, and nervous-system-aware practice. Designed for clinical supervisors, team leads, and trainers, it offers tools for cultivating psychological safety, supporting resilience, and fostering authentic professional growth. Through interactive discussion and embodied exercises, participants learn to lead with curiosity, clarity, and compassion — because great supervision doesn’t just manage; it transforms.
If there is a training you have been envisioning that is not fully captured above let’s chat and plan together!
